Reschedule Rules:
- You get one free reschedule with 5 massages, after that, you pay $60 for the second reschedule. No reschedule after the second time.
- If you miss a session, it does not accumulate, please communicate.
- In the case of an emergency, your therapist may change to make sure of the easy flow of your service.

Cancellation Policy for LUSHIZ SPA
At Lushiz Spa, we understand that plans can change. To ensure a smooth experience for all our clients, we have established the following cancellation policy:
1. Eligibility for Cancellation: Cancellations are only permitted up to 60 days after the purchase date of your service(s).
2. Refund Process: If you decide to cancel within the eligible period, you will be charged the original price of the service(s) at the time of purchase + a 20% processing fee. Any remaining balance after this charge will be refunded to you.
3. No Refund for Expired Services: Please note that cancellations or refunds are not allowed after the 60 days period has passed. All sales are final beyond this period.
